You are here: Home > Commercial > FAQ101b

What are the requirements if my business is changing its name, has changed owner or operator, or closed down?

Facilities that have changed their name, have changed the on-site operator, or have changed owners, must notify the BCAA by submitting the Change of Ownership form PDF DOC.

If your facility has permanently ceased operation, you must notify the BCAA by submitting a Report of Closure form PDF DOC.

Both of the above actions are required under Washington Administrative Code 173-400-101. Failure to provide notification within the required time may result in enforcement actions.
